LHV Priority Flow Control Valve

About

A priority flow valve that combines the flow of two pumps and supplies a selected function first, keeping it stable. The most typical application is the mulcher (brush cutter) - an excavator or tractor attachment in which a hydraulic motor spins a disc or drum at high speed to cut material such as trees and grass. Productivity is highest when the blades always rotate at the same speed. However, on an excavator that has to run several functions from one or two pumps, blade speed inevitably drops whenever the machine swings, travels or moves the boom during work. With this priority flow control valve, blade speed stays constant even while swinging or travelling. A built-in variable flow control valve lets you set exactly the flow you want to send to the attachment. A built-in solenoid valve lets you use the priority flow function only when it is needed. The working pressure can also be set, protecting the attachment motor.
