About

The intensifier is a valve that can boost the input pressure by two times using only simple piping. It reduces the size and weight of the cylinder, allowing the system to be optimized and lightened.

Features

  • The cylinder is subjected to boosted pressure up to 2.1 times the pump pressure
  • In a no-load state, normal speed is maintained, and the booster piston operates only when a load is applied. The switching point from speed mode to boost mode is set by the sequence valve pressure
  • The output pressure can be adjusted according to the relief valve setting pressure
  • Only four ports need to be connected to the existing cylinder piping
